Here at Insight Vacations we have a lot of work to do for our amazing clients, and we need a couple of outstanding team members to help us. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the tourism industry. You will be responsible for planning and organizing travel experiences, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Tour Planning and Coordination: Design and plan engaging travel itineraries, considering the preferences and interests of clients. Coordinate all aspects of tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. Ensure seamless logistics and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving issues promptly.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors. Negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates for services.

Promotion and Marketing: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns. Assist in creating engaging content for online and offline marketing channels.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, invoices, and travel documents. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tour details.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that tours meet or exceed client expectations. Gather feedback from clients and use it to continually improve services.
